Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed with FORGEHAUS.

Order processing

We aim to process orders as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, product type, special-order requirements and installation arrangements. Any timeframe shown on a product page, at checkout or in an order update is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Delivery areas and charges

Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout where possible. Bulky, heavy or remote-area deliveries may require a separate freight quote. If we cannot deliver an order on the terms shown at checkout, we will contact you before fulfilment to discuss available options. If no suitable option is agreed, the affected order will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and dispatched. Carrier delays, severe weather, road closures, peak periods and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. We will provide tracking information when it is available.

Delivery details

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated delivery attempt may be payable by the customer where permitted by law.

Split shipments and bulky items

Orders containing multiple or oversized products may arrive in separate shipments. Some products may require access for a freight vehicle or assistance unloading. We will provide additional delivery instructions where relevant.

Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries

Inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible. If an item arrives damaged, is missing or is incorrect, contact forgehaus.au@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos where appropriate. Keep all packaging until the issue has been assessed.
