These Terms of Service apply when you visit forgehaus.au, purchase from FORGEHAUS or use services we provide. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Product information and fitment

We take reasonable care to present accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and compatibility information. Colours and appearance may vary between screens, production batches and supplied components. You must check vehicle model, build date, variant and other fitment requirements before ordering or installation. Contact us before purchase if you are unsure.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, including where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, payment is not authorised or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cannot accept an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Requests to change or cancel an order should be made promptly. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing, dispatch or commencement of a custom or special order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and delivery charges are displayed where applicable. You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing errors and will give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a refund.

Installation and vehicle use

Some products require professional installation, calibration, modification or engineering approval. You are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable, installed correctly and used lawfully. Stop installation and contact us if a product appears incorrect or damaged. Any recommendation we provide is general unless expressly agreed as a professional service for your specific vehicle.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape data unlawfully, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful purposes. Website content, branding, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to FORGEHAUS and may not be reproduced without permission except as permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction in Queensland, subject to any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere under applicable law.
